Life
is just a boat floating along a distant river. We need to tie it on
the shore and rest ourself for a while to see whether we are still okay
to sail on. Meditation is just one of a kind to help you really be with
yourself to calm down your mind, put down everything for a while..look
back to the oldies..When you open your eyes again, you will get strength
to sail your life on wisely....
